Halloween Number: "Still Only 35 cents!"

Are we losing sight of the True Meaning of Hallowe'en? Such dire ponderings are beyond my purpose here, but one might do well to think on't when such news items as this appear. (it would seem that that essential underpinning of paralytic democracy, The Arsehole Veto, is alive and well.)

For jaded fans as well as drooling idlers and clueless novices, the special Halloween Episode of Radio Psyence is here, cunningly timed to coincide with Halloween. Musical highlights include "Killer Klowns From Outer Space" by the Dickies, "I Put a Spell on You" by Screamin' Jay Hawkins, "The Little Man Who Wasn't There" by Mildred Bailey, the theme from "The Blob," and some others I forget. Thanks to The Prifoner of Zembla.

For world music fans, multiculture bores, and people with an actual sense of humor, here is an essential seven minutes of viewing. (Courtesy of Zembla again.)

It's Halloween all year round (and to hell with Newton, Mass.) at Making Fiends, and Episode Twenty has arrived. And don't miss the seven enthralling episodes of Big Bunny.

If you're still calm and unruffled, you might try this (via Zembla) and this.

But all of these are childish trifles compared to the thing that slinks across the cold landscape of the soul. (By way of our brave veteran beast-stalker, Searchie.)
